A Crew Studio home belongs where it lives. We take inspiration from its architecture, landscape, neighborhood and history rather than imposing a formula.
We don’t erase a home’s story. We add the next chapter.

The unusual floor plan. The original floors hiding beneath decades of renovations. The neglected historic home in an extraordinary location. The property everyone else walks through and says, “It needs too much work.”

In the heart of historic Beaufort, 217 Broad Street is our latest transformation — and the beginning of Crew Studio. We’re taking a home with history, character, and enormous potential and reimagining it as a relaxed, modern coastal residence.
